    The Sutter Medical Foundation Autism Support Group is for parents to collaborate and share similar experiences, challenges and triumphs of raising children on the autism spectrum. Next class : September 5
    This CPR course is designed for parents or other non-professional caregivers. Participants learn to recognize unconsciousness, respiratory arrest, cardiac arrest and choking in infants and young children. Next class : September 12
    Hosted by the WHRC, join this 6-week yoga series to strengthen pelvic floor muscles to manage incontinence and other pelvic issues. No drop-ins. 2016 start dates the weeks of: 8/10; 9/21; 11/2. Next class : August 27
    Hosted by the WHRC, this workshop will focus on the often underestimated and misunderstood pelvic floor. Through yoga and mindfulness learn to connect with, strengthen and relax the muscles that span the opening at the bottom of the pelvis. Next class : October 29

    Pelvic Physical Therapist Lucia Miller, MPT teaches how understanding anatomy and function improves pelvic health. She demonstrates strengthening exercises and introduces tools to enrich pelvic health during the perinatal period. Next class : To Be Announced
    This group offers support, information and tools for new mothers with babies up to a year old who may be experiencing distress, anxiety or depression after the birth of their baby. Next class : August 29
