    For adults who are close to or are caregivers for someone facing cancer. Meets every Wednesday, 6:00-7:00 pm Next class : February 10
    This CPR course is designed for parents or other non-professional caregivers. Participants learn to recognize unconsciousness, respiratory arrest, cardiac arrest and choking in infants and young children. Next class : March 7
    Hosted by the WHRC, join this 6-week yoga series to strengthen pelvic floor muscles to manage incontinence and other pelvic issues. No drop-ins. 2016 start dates: 1/9; 2/20; 4/2; 5/14; 6/25; 8/13; 9/24; 11/5. Next class : February 13
    Most men will suffer from some form of pelvic dysfunction (urinary/fecal incontinence or pelvic/erectile/rectal/ejaculatory pain) during the course of their lives. Next class : To Be Announced
    Pelvic Physical Therapist Lucia Miller, MPT teaches how understanding anatomy and function improves pelvic health. She demonstrates strengthening exercises and introduces tools to enrich pelvic health during the perinatal period. Next class : To Be Announced

    A baby's health is strongly linked to the mother's health before pregnancy. In this class, you will recieve information on other classes and resources available during your pregnancy. Next class : February 22
    This one-session informational class discusses the benefits of breastfeeding, newborn feeding patterns, positioning, how to tell if the baby is getting enough milk and avoiding common problems. Next class : February 11
