    A single class designed to assist in providing a safe environment for your infant. Must know instruction on INFANT CPR (this class is not for certification), up to date information on car seat and home safety, and more. Next class : April 25
    Please join us to share information, feelings and support with other parents who have experienced the loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, death during or after birth, or genetic abortion. Next class : February 1
    The 6-week program is an evidence-based, 12-hour training provided over a six-week period resulting in caregivers who possess greater confidence and practical skills to improve and support care. Next class : March 29

    Developed by the American Lung Association, this free class is for anyone interested in stopping smoking-whether you are a full or part time smoker, have quit before or have never quit. Next class : To Be Announced
    Those with cancer and/or their caregivers will meet for 8 weeks in a small group to delve into what gives meaning to your life and fosters connection. Topics will help you reconnect with what you love to bring sacredness into daily life. Next class : March 2
    A healthy, relaxed approach to beginning complimentary food for your baby. Find out how to tell when your baby is ready to start solid foods. Learn which foods to offer first and which foods to avoid. Next class : February 9
    An experiential 7-week course for those with cancer or caregivers to those with cancer modeled after the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction technique pioneered by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Next class : March 1
