    Hosted by the WHRC. This 2-hour workshop will focus on gentle supported poses to help you release into a deep state of relaxation. The restorative poses are held longer to elicit the body's natural relaxation response. Next class : September 9
    Community Health Resource Center: This lecture will be led by an expert rheumatologist, who will cover the signs and symptoms, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment options available, and what you can do to manage your pain. Next class : September 19
    Safe Sitter is a comprehensive Baby Sitting class for 11-13 year-olds. Next class : October 9
    SAH's Education Department offers Safe Sitter classes throughout the year. Students learn what to do when a child chokes, how to call for emergency help, baby-sitting business skills and basic child care skills. Next class : To Be Announced
    A single class designed to assist in providing a safe environment for your infant. Must know instruction on INFANT CPR (this class is not for certification), up to date information on car seat and home safety, and more. Next class : November 16
    Please join us to share information, feelings and support with other parents who have experienced the loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, death during or after birth, or genetic abortion. Next class : September 6
    The 6-week program is an evidence-based, 12-hour training provided over a six-week period resulting in caregivers who possess greater confidence and practical skills to improve and support care. Next class : September 6
