    Childbirth Boot Camp is an express class offered to parents who are unable to attend a regular 3- 4 week class. The class is held on designated weekends, and includes all the information offered in the Ready, Set Deliver Class. Next class : To Be Announced
    Sutter Tracy Community Hospital offers an information packed childbirth preparation (Lamaze) class series, to prepare the mother and her support person for labor, delivery, and postpartum experiences. Next class : July 9
    Classes draw upon a variety of techniques. Childbirth instructor prepares expectant mothers and their partners for birth. Class includes instruction in relaxation and breathing to reduce the discomfort of labor and more. Next class : June 1
    Taught by a childbirth educator this class includes nine hours of instruction and is designed for first-time births. Next class : July 20
    This multiple session class prepares expectant mothers and their partners for labor and birth and ideally should be completed 4-6 weeks prior to their due date. Next class : June 29
    Learn about all aspects of childbirth, practice specific skills to cope with labor and delivery and receive information on the use of pain medication, C-sections, and more. Saturday/Sunday class. Next class : July 6
    This is a two-session, Saturday/Sunday class, offered 4 1/2 hours each day. It is offered to expectant parents whose schedules may not allow for the traditional 5 week class. It is highly recommended for couples expecting their first child. Next class : June 22
    Class series* are taught by a labor-delivery room nurse and include instruction in relaxation, breathing techniques, signs and stages of labor. Instructor also covers epidurals and C-sections Next class : June 7
