Film and Video

Eden Medical Center has space available for commercial filming and photography. This space is available at the discretion of the medical center and only in areas where it does not interfere with patient care, privacy and business activities.

Current space availability includes: one hospital wing with patient care rooms, nursing station, and meeting room; surgical suite (circa 1964, currently unused); staff locker room/break room; hospital grounds. Other sites (emergency, radiology) vary in availability, but are usually not feasible since these are active patient care areas.

Prices for filming on location vary with scope of filming, duration, number of people, security, additional hospital personnel, and additional requests for medical equipment and supplies. Eden Medical Center must obtain and review a copy of the script prior to entering into any negotiations for filming on site. We require a staff member to be present during production to ensure appropriate use of hospital resources. The production company must provide proof of insurance.

Filming and recording (audio, video and stills) on the hospital campus is strictly prohibited without the consent of the medical center.
