Patient Satisfaction Survey
We appreciate your feedback on the care and service you received while at Eden Medical Cneter. Your comments, suggestions, compliments and concerns help us improve the quality of our services. Within a few weeks after discharge, a random selection of patients receive our Patient Satisfaction Survey. If you receive a survey, please take the time to complete it and return it to our survey company.
